I have small children and I don't have time to work out... How could I possibly do CrossFit?
Kudzu CrossFit has a kids corner with a short wall for your kids to see you training (always learning) and for you to keep an eye on them while you train!
I love to do more research online before I get off my couch and make a positive lifestyle change... Where can I get more information before I come make my life better at Kudzu CrossFit?

What is CrossFit?
First off, fill out the "Contact Us" page. That sends us an email directly and we'll get back to you ASAP. If there is anything that you do not understand about our services from our site or your own experience with CrossFit, please don't hesitate to ask us.
Secondly, we don't bite! You are more than welcome to drop by the gym and talk to us in person. If you're experienced with CrossFit and the more technical movements that we do then we'd be happy to have you over for a WOD or strength/skill work (we will ask you to show us your moves to make sure you're safe). We've got loads of brand new equipment just waiting to get beat up.
Finally, if you do want to stop by unannounced we ask that you do so 10 minutes before class times (listed on the "Schedule" page) or during down time when we're not having classes (we're in the gym all day). We are a very dedicated coaching team; with that, we want to answer your questions, but we devote all of our attention to clients that are in the gym for class :)
